Foundations is broadcast on Plains FM 96.9 at 10.00 am every Sunday morning, and 10.30 pm Sunday evening.
Reception is limited to Canterbury.

We aim to inform our listeners with foundational Reformed Christian teachings.
Just as Jesus’ disciples reasoned from the Bible with the people of their time, we try to base our messages exclusively on Biblical teaching.
We believe Biblical teaching will benefit any person no matter what background or stage of life.
