Rev. Damon Bosveld
Damon is thankful to be called to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ in Christchurch, and considers it a privilege to serve alongside the elders and deacons of the Reformed Church of Christchurch. His desire is to see Christ proclaimed clearly from scripture so that people may know the grace and glory of God and grow into a mature faith that lives boldly for the glory and honour of their God and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Before becoming a pastor at Christchurch Reformed Church in 2026, Damon apprenticed as a cabinetmaker in a family business in Perth, Western Australia. He then studied theology at Trinity Theological College in Perth, followed by a Master’s degree at the Canadian Reformed Theological Seminary in Ontario, Canada. Damon is married to Miriam, and they have been blessed with three children. As a family, they love the outdoors and exploring Christchurch and the surrounding area, reading good books, and spending time with friends.
